Promising filly All Saints Eve kicked off where she left off last preparation with a victory first up in the F&M BM78 1400m at Randwick on Saturday.

After some promosing trial efforts, we headed into Saturday confident in her ability but worried about the 1400m first up on such a heavy track. Travelling smoothly throughout the race, James McDonald pulled off heels at the top of the straight and travelled up with a lap full of horse. Approaching the furlong, the test of stamina started to pinch and All Saints Eve gamely battled on to score by the smallest of margins.

All things considered it was a classy and tough performance, one that we believe will set her up for a potential tilt at the Tibbie Stakes at Newcastle on the 18th of September.

Well done to the breeders, and owners- Mr M J Chittick, Rosemont Stud Pty Ltd, Mr G J Chittick, Mrs I O'Shea
