White Sage and Magna Amica set to battle at Rosehill this Saturday

Unbeaten gallopers White Sage and Magna Amica could face off against each other after both mares were nominated for the same event at Rosehill this Saturday.

A fillies and mares benchmark 80 handicap over 1200 metres has attracted entries from John O’Shea and Tracey Bartley, the respective trainers of each galloper.

White Sage hasn’t raced since winning a 1300 metre race at Randwick by five lengths in June. The crushing win followed on from the seven length pounding the Reset mare dished out to her rivals on debut at Kembla.

A total of 130 nominations were declared across the eight races for the meeting.
