Three year old Ocean Park filly Loved One made it back to back wins at Kembla Grange on Tuesday when taking out the fillies and mares BM64 over 1200m. Aided by a nice ride and 2kg weight relief from in-form apprentice Billy Owen up on speed, Loved One held off the fast finishing race favourite Unguarded who was coming off a last start placing at Randwick.

"She's still got plenty to learn and I think she'd be better just behind the leaders with something to follow but the way the race was run, nothing wanted to lead so she had a pretty nice time in front and gave a good kick when asked" commented Owen after the win.

Bred and raced by Waikato Stud, Loved One is backed by a solid pedigree, her dam More To love is a half-sister to STARCRAFT and FORUM FLOOZIE. Congratulations to Waikato StudMrs I O'shea, Mr P Webster, Mr A N Smith, Mr N J Archer, Mr S N J Archer, Mr J R Bell, Mr J D Melick, Mrs J Melick, Mr W Gazal, Mr D J Mcdonagh, Mr N Cataldi, Bush Battlers
