Autumn Approaches as Racing Heats Up

A trio of horses who look destined to have bigger autumn targets all put the right foot forward on Saturday.

Zou Tiger again showed his class with a gritty second in the Hobartville Stakes. Only going down by the barest of margins he again put his hand up for the Randwick Guineas in a fortnights time. The exciting son of Zoustar has confirmed himself amongst the top echelon of three year old’s.

Kokoro backed up his first up performance with a courageous second  stepping up to Saturday grade. The lightly raced four year old has come back in top order, he will be allowed to work through his grades during the Autumn.

Premise broke through at just her third race start. After a minor placing last start behind talented stablemate Condrieu, the writing was on the wall. The three year old filly indicated a rise in distance looks more than suitable, this opens the door to rage of targets in the coming months including the Adrian Knox Stakes and possible tilt at the ATC Oaks come The Championship time.
